Over the past year Detective Chance Cappel

Deputy John M. Taylor has exhibited an exceptional

Sheriff’s Office. He has effectively demonstrated
initiative in his conduct. He is a definite
asset to the detention center as he displays a
thorough knowledge of the facility and its
operation. His knowledge and ability to perform
