150 Sheriff’s Range Road, Alexandria, LA (Exit 90 and drive over the levee).

TUESDAY, March 15, 2011
EXECUTIVE DIVISION

Introduction of RPSO staff and a brief history of RPSO. Also the Sheriff will explain what a Citizens Police Academy is and how it works for the community.
Internal Affairs will be explained; how we police the police and Crime Stoppers.

QUESTIONS ARE ANSWERED.

We will tour a Courtroom and Judges Office, Motor Pool, Radio Shop, Ops Building and Warehouse. We will discuss youth programs and have displays from Haz-Mat, Swat, and Hostage Negotiation Teams. We will discuss an alumni association, have a meal, and graduation.
